Our client, a startup titled Hexagonal View, decided to make that idea a reality. The team behind it sought to combine generative AI with the foundational principles of neuroscience and storytelling. With the blend of science and AI, the startup’s conceptualized product can easily generate presentations that leave a lasting impact on audiences.
As a startup in its early stages, Hexagonal View needed to generate interest in its future product to secure investment. To that end, they had to capture the attention of potential investors and customers and demonstrate the potential value of their product.
So, Hexagonal View reached out to us with a request to create a brand identity, custom pitch materials, and a responsive marketing website for its future product.

Hexagonal View turned to us at the very beginning of their startup journey. Since the company didn’t have a live product yet, it needed to engage potential customers and investors with an impactful marketing website and a forward-thinking brand identity.
So, our key challenge revolved around building the startup’s brand identity from the ground up, including logo design, color palette, and typography. The brand book had to be versatile and comprehensive enough to guide the look of not just the marketing website but also the future product.
On top of that, our client needed a set of sample pitch decks to showcase the potential of its future product before it went live. That required us to take a deep dive into the envisioned product’s capabilities to design materials that accurately reflected them.

We held multiple meetings with our client to gain an in-depth understanding of the future product’s capabilities and value. Thanks to this comprehensive discovery, we could identify how to translate them into a powerful brand identity.
In line with the defined scope and agreed-upon timeline, we created the logo, brand book, pitch materials, and marketing website in phases. Each phase included several iterations that provided ample opportunities for client feedback and approval.
As a result, our client received the brand book that reflects the startup’s brand identity as an innovator. It served as the guide for the subsequent website and pitch material design, with support for the future product’s UI design. The pitch materials relied on the client’s real-world data and communicated the product’s value with unparalleled clarity.
We also designed and implemented the website using Webflow, a low-code website builder with built-in CMS features and solid responsive capabilities. Several rounds of user acceptance testing allowed us to optimize performance and UX, leading to a 92 Apdex score and a 93% task success rate.
At the end of our collaboration, our client received comprehensive handoff documentation. We also reiterated our willingness to provide support, maintenance, development, and design services in the future if needed.



Logo
Hexagonal View sought to position itself as an innovator striving to empower ideas that can transform the world. To reflect this vision, we selected a sleek color palette that combines a refreshing green as the primary color with black as the background.
Following several rounds of ideation, prototyping, and feedback, the logo was conceptualized as a monogram that reflects the startup’s forward-thinking values. The perceived motion, combined with the minimalistic geometry and a subtle gradient, further enhances the startup’s innovator brand.

Brand book
With the color palette and logo ready, we proceeded to make the brand book. We defined fonts and type sizes for the whole information architecture (headings, paragraph text, etc.), made them suitable for the website, marketing materials, and product UX, and added guidelines for the visuals.
To visualize their application in practice, the brand book included mockups, along with logo and typography variations for diverse use cases.

Custom pitch materials
As our client was at the very beginning of its investment lifecycle, the startup needed pitch materials that showcase the capabilities and business value of Hexagon View’s product, complete with a strong narrative and compelling visual style.
Based on our client’s early feedback, they proved their effectiveness at communicating the product’s value and potential ROI, increasing the startup’s investor engagement as a result.

Responsive Webflow website
Based on the approved brand book, we got to designing and building the website. In our design, we prioritized responsive UX that compels users to learn more about the startup and generates leads. Thanks to our streamlined user flows adapted to the website’s primary goal, the website helped Hexagonal View increase lead generation by 23%.
Developing the website with Webflow and launching it on a custom domain allowed us to cut down development time by 41% and its costs by 38%. At the same time, multiple rounds of testing ensured the website is easy to use, as reflected by its 93% task success rate and 89 SUS score.

Corporate blog
As Hexagonal View was planning to leverage content marketing to gain exposure online, we added a blog to the company’s Webflow website. To facilitate content management in the long run, we opted for integrating it with Webflow’s own user-friendly CMS.
The website’s blog helped Hexagonal View drive the number of visitors to the website with helpful content and ultimately generate more leads. At the same time, the CMS integration, along with a wide variety of templates and pre-made elements, made adding stunning, easy-to-navigate blog posts as easy as it could be.

Google Analytics 4 integration
To enable our client to track interest in its product and evaluate the success of its marketing efforts, we integrated the Webflow website with Google Analytics 4. To that end, we added the tracking code to the website’s integrations and connected it to the client’s Google Analytics account. We also validated the integration to ensure it works smoothly and without fault.
Our comprehensive discovery allowed us to set up analytics in a way that allowed the client to start tracking its KPIs from the get-go. That included views, event tracking, traffic filters, and more. This way, Hexagonal View can make data-driven decisions to guide its marketing strategy.
